Religions are the cultural differences in the way different people define and worship God. Nothing more, nothing less.

Human human human. Regardless of your spiritual beliefs, RELIGION (not spirituality) came from humans.

You may believe people made up the gods, or the gods were here to be discovered by humans, or whatever. To each his own. But religion was made by humans and encompasses all of the pitfalls and quirks of other organizations made by people (i.e. politics, etc.).

Humans and/or Humanity came from God, Humanity is one of God desires for man to become to achieve and accomplish. More and more Godly desires for man to continue their achievements and accomplishments to become into perfection.
Religion came from man, though Jesus Christ the best and better exponent of most all religions became Human to accomplish one of such Godly desires, his Father will have to help man. once more.
