my lime wire keeps saying "connecting" and never gets connected.i've tried reinstalling it and even reinstalling windows.my computer is total virus free,and i've also tried unabling the firewalls but doesnt work.
same thing happens with morpheus,kazaa,ares,bronkos.i dont get it my neighbour has the same connection and she can easily get connected then y cant i??

should i remind u that limewire installs java(if not installed in the pc)itself.

Check and make sure you have cookies enabled. If you disable limewire cookies, it won't turn on.

Did you try clicking "file" + "connect"? I use a mac, so the menus may be different.....but if that doesn't work, your settings might be wrong.....You should check all of the menu options for settings and make sure they are set correctly.

install java and then reinstall limewire

what browser are you using?
try to use Internet Explorer..
