my brother gets on my nerves a lot and hes makin me mad always in my room and takin my stuff and dont even ask me man i just wish somtimes he wasnt here

If telling your parents don't solve anything, threaten him and mean it, he should get into shape if he has any sense.

It sounds like a normal situation, but that is terrible for you. I had an older sister and I did the same things your younger brother is doing to you. The reason I did it was because I thought she was the most beautiful, talented, smartest person on earth and I wanted to touch her things and try to be just like her. I finally outgrew it, but she was miserable until then.
I think it is a good idea to have a child-safety latch installed at the top of your door, inside and outside. Do not put a keyed lock on your door unless you have a first-floor window in your room, because if there was a fire you could be trapped.
Things will improve as your brother gets older. I hope your parents understand the importance of you having your own space with privacy. Good luck !

It's better to learn to ignore your brother then fight and bicker at eachother, if he takes your stuff, talk to you're parents. If you ignore him, soon he will understand that what he's doing is inmature and doesn't bother you, that is if you pretend that it doesn't bother you. And hopefully he'll stop after awhile realizing he has better things to do.

tell his friends he wets to bed and to make sure they tell him you told them. he will ask why. You can say revenge and if you act like a better brother I will tell them I lied and if not next lie will be worse. now leave me alone.
