Ideal weight is the one you feel comfortable with. As long as you feel healthy and happy about your weight- you got the right weight.

I would say anywhere from 125 to 135 would be good for you but I would not go over 140.
If you are into exercising this will be a good weight for you then

ideal weight all depends on your height and age i am using my mt8's computer and am 23yrs old and 5''2 i weigh 8 and a half stone. thats normal weight if i go over 9 stone i will be classed overweight.

It depends! Different people have different bone structures and such and therefore it depends on your percentage body fat - shown as BMI. Best is to go somewhere like the link below and put in your height and current weight and find out if it's healthy.

age doesnt matter it's all about height and fitness. for u you should be around 9st and physically fit.
