If you're simply looking to buy basic wax craons(i,e.crayola etc.), you should be able to buy them at any variety/grocery/general merchandise store. Some will have a larger selection of brands and sizes than others. you will most likely even be able to purchase a basic set at your nearest corner convience store. If you are looking for more specialized types, such as artist's pastels, your best bet would be an art supply store. If there isn't a good art supply in your area, you can find many distributors on the internet.

I have seen crayons at the drugstore. You can also find them at Wal-Mart in the school supplies.

have you tried your local hobby, crafts or toy store? Most larger drug stores have them also.
