Nothing is free, Even dental schools. It's a hell lof a lot cheaper, but not free. Dental schools are flooded each day with requests for free work, it very rarely happens. If they screw up will your lawsuit be for $0 million dollars.

i went to school at UT memphis dental school. you can expect to pay half price and spend twice as much time as a regular dentist. the work you will get is as good as a dentist because the teachers (dentists) come over and check the students' work.
they only take new patients on the first week day of the month and they do it over the phone. calls start at 800 am and all spots are full for the month by 10 am.

Okay, I live in AR and have a couple of friends in dental school. I believe there are NO dental programs in AR. Memphis and LSU are the closest schools.

If you happen to be in the ArkLaTex area, LSU Hospital has a dental clinic. If not, then contact which ever college trains docs and dentists in your area and they will give you the info.

LOOK I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A FREE SCHOOL__ MOST SCHOOLS CHARGE SOMETHING. And some of them are getting just as expensive. THEY will make you pay something because materials do cost as well.

little rock has a school for hygienists but it is not free but defintely a fraction of the cost
