If you guys are really happy and theirs a lot of love and you will give in to a lot of sacrifices and I mean both of you, not only you than if your ready than I think your guy will marry you. But this is something that needs to be talked with him first. Good Luck and Best Wishes with that.

get tipsy & ask him - that way if he freaks out about it (like some guys do) then you can just blame it on the alcohol!
seriously though, just talk to him about it - ask things like if he thinks about the future, where he wants his life to be in x years, if he thinks you guys will ever get married & have kids... lead up to it. and if he is the one, he'll talk to you about it...
Although, if you are still pretty early in the relationship, you should probably hold off on the marriage thinking for a few months...

only if you loves you more than anything or anyone in the world. also give him time. let him think everything through because guys need time. if you think, he is the one then dont let him go at any cost.
also drop little hints cause guys need that. and even if he takes time, if he really loves you, he will propose.
