This girls personality is outgoing and without a doubt and is straightfoward with me and telling me that i'm cute and so fourth. Now here's the problem a couple of days ago I saw her with some guy after she left from work that was waiting for her as all the workers walk out; this guy accompany her and and appear to know each other very well.In short I've got mixed feelings here i'm not sure if she likes me even though she says i'm cute and huggs me all the time; and this other guy who waits for her from time to time could he be her boyfriend and why is she acting the way she does if that other guy is apparently her boyfriend?

Tell her the gang at work is stopping for a few after work and every body's invited. If she keeps up her flirting then go for it,If she changes her tune once outside you know she's just a playful girl who likes to flirt when it's safe fun.

I agree in some way, you know what, I doubt she really likes you in the "mushy" kinda way. I think shes more on "playing with you" she must've secretly done that to other guys that she thinks is cute as well. Probably is subcontiously desperate for attention to feed her so called self esteem and confidence knowing she could make any guy notice her >.>
Come on, I mean most women wouldn't be so straight forward in tampering "real" feelings. They would usually give hints or tell you in the most indirect way at first.
Erm I dont know maybe the guy she's with is a relative or just a real close friend, but his actions does seem to point to the conclusion that he is her boyfriend. But I never know for sure, go ask her :D
Ack don't feel jealous or rejected about the girl (you might be starting to like) You know, you might only be into her, cuz you like how she gives you "extra" attention making you feel special and giddily inside XD

The fact that she (might have a boyfriend) doesn't mean that she can't fall in love with another men.
The way you say she behaves makes me think that she definitely likes you! Don't pull off. Try to become a good friend of her and later on you will learn more about her and her feelings, just don't give up.
She has already made it clear that she likes you, so why are you hesitating. You may ask her out (not right now, maybe when you get to know her better) and see what she feels about you.

Well hunny the only thing you can do is be straight forward with her tell her how you feel. dont hold nothing back be straightforward with her and i promise you she tell you how she feels for sure. see normally if a girl is hugging you and blowing you kisses that means they like you and they are just wanting you to make a move. but on the other hand you said there was a nother guy in the mix so. tell her how you feel and if she says she likes you then don't hesitate ask her who the guys is. But don't let her fool you in anyway make sure she tells the truth. if you get an i like you but i dont want a relationship right now then you should forget about her. and my guess shell be back.

Well, this is definately a puzzling situation. However, if that is her B/F, that doesn't mean that she doesn't like you too. You never know, there could be problems at home...At the same time though, consider the fact that she may just be a flirt...I don't know...This is a tough one...The only way you'll know anything is if you ask...

She is probably acting or just trying to get a reaction out of you. If you want to hug her back and blow the kisses back to see where it might go. Now that's if you want to. I am personally against dating someone you work with because if it doesn't work out, you will have to see that person everyday and they can make your life miserable.

She sounds pretty flirty. Just ask her how things are going with her boyfriend. If she gives you a long answer about her relationship then she when she is flirting with you she is just doing it for fun. But if she says "what boyfriend that's my brother" you're in there.

Just causally mention that you saw her the other day with this guy and you were wondering if that was her boyfriend or something and then just proceed from there depending upon what she says

that guy could very well be a relative and if you have mixed feelings about her act the way she does to you on her if her response is kissing you or more like sexually then you have your answer.
