If you can run a mile in ten minutes the average is about 110 calories but it really depends on factors like weight and metabolism. Ask your family dr. He or she would be better suited to ask this question too

It depends on your height, age, weight, and sex. It would probally be in the range of 50-100 calories. Try to do something less stressful for a longer amount of time, for example: brisk 30 min. walk, dancing around your room for 30-45 min., swimming,etc.. Running is great cardio workout, but not for everyone. I've been workingout for years and I still can't run more than 1.5 miles without dying, and calling on God for help.LOL Some people are runners and some people are not. So just be mobile, try 10 min. of jump rope, running in place, then just knee to chest as slow as you can for 10 min. So G'luck and don't give up:)

It depends upon how much you weigh and how fast you are going. Here is a list of some calorie-burning activities:

Also, to keep in mind, temperature, wind resistance, and your present fitness level effect calorie burn. If you are an experienced runner, your calorie burn will be slightly less. If you are new to running, it might even be more than what is listed. Cold weather running (i.e. less than 40 F) results in more calorie burn as does intense running in heat.

the 1st guys right.
It depends on how fast your going, and how much you weigh. I burn about 115 calories running 1 mile on a treadmill going 6.9, so go out and try it, see what you get.
