If it has alcohol in it you must abide by every states laws, and check into the distribution system in the states. Set yourself up a corporation as the importer of the product and then set up a distribution system by state either using existing distributors or setting up your own. Remember you must provide the product, point of sale, advertising, delivery, sales support, etc for this product, you just don't bring it in and sell it. Good luck

First off you will have to get your product tested and have it approved by the USDA.Then after that you will have to set a test market in a demographic area to see how much your product is liked, after that you will need to set up distribution centers or make a deal with an distributor and you should know the rest.
