The number one best way to make your metabolsm run faster is to eat breakfast....that will start it every day. Then eat many small meals throughout the day. What I do is have a:
- 200 calorie breakfast at 8:30 am. (then I work out)
-Then at 10:15 have a 100 calorie snack (count out wheat thins or an apple or somthing that is 100 cals.
-eat a 300 cal. lunch
- @ 2:15 another 100 cal. snack.
work out after work
- @ 5:00 pm a 400 calorie dinner (work out after dinner)
then at 7:00 have another 100 calorie snack...
That is the best diet I have ever encountered, I've lost 30 lbs in the past 3 months!!! Good Luck!! Let me know if it works!!!

Work out "smarter" Do about 45 minutes of cardio about 4 days per week to where your heart rate is up (but aren't breathing so hard that you can't speak). Also, add light weights with lots of repetition varying the body parts every other day. 2 hours a day is excessive unless you are working with a trainer who will make sure you are doing your work out properly.
Also, don't underestimate about getting enough healthy foods into your body and make sure you're getting enough calories. Your body can go into "starvation mode" and slow your metabolism way down if you're not getting enough food. Eat several small healthy meals through out the day.
Hope that helps!

you need to exercise at a level that maintains a 60% - 80% of your max heart rate... this is the fat burning zone. it kicks in when you maintain this rate at 20 mins and the fat burning process begins.
drink 8-12 cups of water a day... it helps to transport fat out of your system and detoxify all the other gunk in there.
eat a healthy diet, and don't starve yourself. starving yourself and yo-yo diets lead to a decrease in metabolism.
and if you must, take a fat burning thermogenic supplement like xenadrine or hot-rox before working out. this helps you burn more fat while working out and increases your mood too, but some side effects may be experienced such as increased heartrate and sleeplessness.
good luck!

Believe it or not, by eating more. However, that has to be countered with more activity. Get your body used to taking in more calories and burning more calories and your metabolism will increase as well. Just make sure you take in good, balanced calories, not junk calories.

just excercising wont cut it. you have to have a healthy diet and you cant eat too much. cut all sweets and junk food. drink alot of water and eat fruits, greens, and make sure to have daily protein. have one moderate plate per meal and cut out all greasy foods. make sure you dont cook your foods in butter or oil. keep up the excersizing too but excercising w/out a healthy diet is like if you dont excercise at all.

Weight train three days perweek.
Muscle mass burns calories and fat does not.
So by including weight training in your work out you will build muscle and burn more calories.
Keep in mind muscle weighs more than fat. But it looks better more tonned and not flably.

Well, if you allready exercise... exercise harder and eat healthier foods, Green tea is a safe way. Green Tea is supposed to make you loose weight, and it's probably much safer than diet pills, or fat burners.

Eat five small meals a day. That should include protein, fruit, veggie and a carb.
