White has the least...and dark the most. Don't eat the skin if you don't want excess fat. I'm not sure the wing has anymore fat than the rest of the dark meat though.

The chicken does not actually have fat components in it's body accept for the small amount in "the skin" that kept it warm.
That's why eating chicken is recommended by doctors. The meat is naturally lean.

Other than the breast, the other parts are about the same.. the wing...thigh..leg are the same in fat content. The only part that is undoubtedly larger in fat content is the NECK.. That WAS my favorite part but not anymore... too much fat around the neck area.

Actually, the skin of the chicken is very fattening. You should peel it off of the piece of chicken.

The head. Believe it or not, the head of a chicken has more calories than the rest of it's body combined, that is if you add a tonne of sour cream on it.

the skin of course then the wings then the thigh the breast is the least fattening if you take off hte skin
