Don't take anything. Go to the gym and exercise.

Steroids have side effects - for example, they impede your performance in the bedroom, and they will ultimately shrink your testicles. They also cause aggressiveness and irritability, and will make your skin break out -so you'll be a cranky, pimply, impotent guy with big muscles. Not exactly a sexy package.

The stuff you see advertised is just a gimmick. Powdered lord-knows-what that the companies sell to narcissists for a ridiculous sum of money. It does nothing for you except empty your wallet and upset your stomach.

The only way to get big muscles is to work them out.

Working out in the gym is the BEST way to make muscles larger. Lifting weights.. swimming... Row Boat exercise, etc. Those are the best ways.... The taking of powdered stuff that you mix with water, milk, or whatever, is a farce.
