Yes, especially when I win! I keep getting confused about where the King can move though. :P

Cheese *is* great! The French have more than 300 kinds. It's mind boggling to go into the supermarket here and look at the selection of cheeses after being used to the availability in a small town in SC.

My favorites: Comté, Cantal, Bleu d'Auvergne, Emmentale, Maasdam, Leerdammer, Brie, Reblochon...

English cheeses are good too... Stilton, Wensleydale (with cranberries!!)... Each county has at least one traditional cheese of its own.

Ok... I'm getting hungry!

Cheese is okay, but I never really understood why people were so obsessed with it. Most of my friends are in love with cheese! It's seriously not like the best food to eat, but I guess it's alright.

Gorgonzola, Roquefort, sharp cheddar, parmesan, kasseri, asiago, provolone, swiss, goat cheeses, brie, camembert, good gracious and all those others (except for limburger - too stinky) love it all.

Life without cheese is not worth living.

I like muenster and moneray jack and pepper jack cheeses. MMM! Have you ever had pepper jack cheese in a rollup (whole wheat wrap) with honey dijon mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickle, and turkey with herbed mayonaise? Oh my lord. It is soooo good!
