Open windows to let daylight in and turn on lights throughout the room. Don't use flash if you don't have to.
Crank up the ISO.
There's not much you can do with the aperture; you want to keep that at around f/8 to keep as much as possible in focus.
And finally, you can deliberately underexpose and correct that on the PC. The image needn't suffer much for small web pictures, but you will notice with prints.

I think that your best bet would be to use a torshier(sp) lamp to reflect light off the ceiling if possible. Put the camera on a tripod and try longer shutter speeds if possible(1/2 sec, 1 sec etc...) If you do not have a cable release to fire the shutter, use the self timer to take the pictures.
