If you was not invited to your brothers wife baby shower and you had to ask your mom to ask her to invite you, would you go or just forget about it, Oh by the way, I was not invited to the wedding either. I did not go. I did get some things for the baby.

.I think if you're close to your brother, then you definitely have a right to go to the Shower. Although if you don't feel comfortable being around in that kind of situation, I would set up a time with your brother and personally give the items that you got for the baby, this might show that you really care for the baby and that you should have been invited to the Shower, as well as the wedding

I would not ask anyone to get me an invitation. I would not go but I would go visit my brother and sis in law and find out what the problem is and see how it could be fixed.

Was there a huge problem with you guys before the wedding ?? Do you still talk to either her or your brother ?? If not I would just send the present with a little note of congratulations.. be the bigger person.. maybe they'll come around...after all family is all we have.. Good luck

Find out what the problem is with them. As for the baby's presents, still send them. You know, people often others to act in certain ways and if they don't it upsets them. Expectations, maybe that's what's at the bottom of this.

You should find out why there is a problem! I don't understand why you brother and Mother is allowing this to go on without addressing it. Why have'nt anyone talk to you about this, because ther is definetly a problem!!!
I wouldn't go if they didn't invite me and I wouldn't buy them SH!t.

Well you need to find out why you were not invited to either function. Why be somewhere where you are not wanted? Get to the bottom of this and find out why you are being excluded.

i would not go and i will take my thing back that i got for that baby and forget all about it and live my life and when i have thing dont ask them to come just go on with out them girl u is not the only one that your half of ur family have thing and dont even ask do i went to come but i dont care becouse half the time i have something to do so dont go we can go to the club (email me)

I wouldnt go. I would send the gifts with your mom.
And i think i would call my brother and find out what the hell is going on. aparently you did something they took offense to, and its better to remedy the situation that let it linger and grow bitter.
