You have tried everything humanly possibly to fix it. Plus there is a child involved

You can't fix his problem. A drug abuser has to stop on their own. You just have to do what is best for you and your child. LEAVE! If you don't have the money to get your own place, do you have family or friends you can turn to for help until you are financially stable? It's time to swallow your pride and ask for help. Good luck.

Leave. Tell the person you cannot handle it anymore and you do not want your child in this type of enviroment. Or you could go to some Al-Anon meetings and find out that you are not the only person with this kind of problem and might get some helpful advice. The other person is an addict and hasn't come face to face with their addiction yet. Some people will virtually have to hit bottom as they say before they realize they do have a problem with drugs. I didn't think I had a problem but 249 days in jail told me I did. I became a person I did not like or trust. I've been clean a little over a year now and I like it. G- Luck.

Well, for me, it was hard and it was scary. There are no good answers in a situation like this. Surround yourself with a great support system (like family and good friends). Move out and move on, but be ready to be able to deal with the drama that will surely happen when you move out. But don't be afraid to move out, you have a child's safety to think of and times will most definetly get better.

You can't fix this person, leave and get a protective order. Al-anon can really help. It is a 12 step program for people who's loved ones are addicts. Leave for your child's sake.

Turn them in to the cops. Get a restraining order. Move away. DO NOT allow yourself and your child to be victimized by an abuser.
