He ran into a pole trying to pick up a cd off the floor, he has no license neither is he on my insurance. I am out of town for an internship and my parents pay for my insurance. What should I do? He has no job and my hood and fender need to be replaced. I can't afford to pay for the damages at one time. Any suggestions? I am in St. Louis, MO.

I do blame myself first and foremost that is why I didn't even click or go off. But he was dropping me off b/c I was running late on his way back was when the incident occurred. I live 3 blocks. I thought he could make it.

Don't let him drive your car anymore for one. Check out different body shops and get estimates. See which one seems priced fair enough for your budget and go with it! A lot of places like that are willing to set up some kind of payment plan for you.

Whip his A**! why would you let him drive your car while your gone? You should have thought about your car and all the possibilities of "what if". There is no one too be mad at but yourself and yes, it could have been avoided and yes, you should make him find a way to get it fixed and yes, your parents should whip yo a** because you were careless with something you should value and why you with him if he can't help or support himself and you?

Sorry, but your the blame for not thinking first.

take responsibility for your part. u left the key in his possession so u r part to blame. u pay half & he needs 2 get a job & grow up & pay the other half. don't let anyone mess up the benifitsor blessing u got, u owe your parents a big apologe & do what u can 2 regain thier trust back. never risk that again.
