I'm very stressed about my exams.... I study a lot, but my time doesn't permits me to pass over all my textbooks, all my information sources...When I'm stressed, I ussulaly get a smaller mark then expected and which does not reflect my knowledge...So what should I do in order to NOT be stressed?

What I do when I am so stressed.....is just take 5-10 min just to be by my self. The other thing I do to releve all of my stress is do yoga for an hour! If your town has a yoga class then go to that and that might help! That is all I do! I make a few minites to myself and give my brain and body some rest of the stress! Go for a walk to if that helps to! Just listen to music! Do something for a few minits just to give your brain and body some rest!

you have to make a conscience effort to NOT be stressed. Why are you gonna stress over exams?!?! You need to relax yourself and realize that you arent gonna DIE if you get a bad mark on a exam. So good luck and seriously, it isnt the end of the world

Try RELACORE - it reduces stress. Works like a charm too.
