I have never seen you in person, but why do you want to be so "small"? You are very beautiful the way I see you now. I'm not sure really how to answere your question. I have struggled with my own weight issues all my life. I don't know if your society puts the same pressures on you as they do our young people here . But, Out of all of magazines/movies/videos/ we are bombarded with these tiny figured woman. I just realize that I need to appreciate what I was blessed with. To answere your question about weight watchers, I believe you get 20 points at 140lbs and you subtract a point for every 5lbs after that.

You don't need to lose weight. Your BMI falls way within the normal range for your height and weight. if you lose weight, you'll be considered underweight and that's not at all attractive. you can eat healthily without losing weight. and you can tone your body up by doing cardio work, like jogging or just taking a brisk walk.

You are a good weight...........do not lose anymore weight. I am 5'2" and weight 105. To me I look fine.....but I am small framed. So it really depends on your frame as well, but personally I would not lose any more weight.
