Well, are you in a relationship with this girl? What kind of proposal are we talking about?

If you're saying that you have a crush on her and you want to get into a relationship, the only thing to do is talk to her and ask her on a date. That you "love with your whole heart" and similar expressions will have to wait until you've allowed her to get to know you better and shown her that you are fun to be with.

If this is a woman that you're with already, and you want her to marry you-
I would take her for a picnic in a nice park somewhere. Bring a blanket and a basket with her favorite food and wine, and a small bouquet of flowers. After you eat, lay her down on the blanket and kiss her and tell her how beautiful she is and how lucky you are to be with her. You can ask her to marry you then, seriously, without fanfare. "I can't imagine life without you. Will you be my wife?"
Or, take her for a walk in a beautiful place- a garden, or by the water. Hold her hand and talk to her about your plans for the future. Tell her that you want to protect and cherish her for the rest of her life. Ask her if she'll let you.

My hubby made a picnic up for us and he wouldnt tell me where he was taking me. He had roses in the car he also layed rose petals all along the path to the blanket he had layed out. He had more flowers there. He had strawberries, grapes, small sandwiches, we ate, and talked. Then about an hour later - his family and mine showed up. He got down on 1 knee - told me how much he loved and cared about me and asked me to marry him. Very romantic! and fun. Our families were both there so it was an added benefit as well.

if shes the outdoorsy type then this is cool; Rent a small boat or canoe on a lake pack some food, make sure its nice weather. Just have a good time together and when the moment is right, ask her.

My husband took me to the spot we started dating at, he got down on one knee and said "With your fathers blessing I ask for your hand in marriage. Please make me the happiest man on earth." And the reason I know word for word what he said was because he had to read it from the paper he wrote in on! (And i still have it!) He was so nervous he was shaking! What meant the most was that he asked my father permission first. So if you haven't done that yet, do so before anything.

What do you mean "in which style"? I want my man to propose to me on a special date. I want him to ask my dad if he can propose to me before he does it, but I want to be surprised. I don't want to know before hand. When he does I want him to be down on one and tell me how much he loves me, then ask me to marry him.
