Because they hate their pethedic bird life so much they want you to kill themselves for them. It's just bird suicide

I've noticed this with loads of birds, even here in China, and wondered the same thing. I'm no ornithologist, but wouldn't mind betting it's something territorial - like firing a warning shot across one's bows.

They are not black birds they are crows and jackdaw's. The reason they fly really low is because they are trying to eat the dead animals that get killed on the roads, there are loads around.

this may be a crow i know for a fact that they learned how to work traffic lights so the cars will stop then they will will put walnuts in correct spots so they will be broken
