Most watch batteries are the same so you just need to take it to a repair shop. There is a good watch repair place in most Sears department stores. The cost will be approximately $10.00

You can go to any store - Walmart, KMart, etc and go to the jewerly department to purchase the small electronics batteries. Some places will actually change it for you.

You can have anyone replace it, however, the warranty will be void if you don't have it done in a Fossil store. The employee that replaced mine said they use a certain waterproofing technique, I believe.
I received one as a gift from Younkers and they wouldn't even replace the battery...

You can get them anywhere, but if you take them to a jewelry shop, they will replace it for you and set the time. Less worry and you don't have to worry about breaking it trying to get it open
