I am a christian, and I do not ridicule anyone elses religion. Rather, I know that their religion is not the truth and I feel sorry for them.

No. It is never justified. That doesn't mean people aren't going to do it. You have to just choose to be the best person you can be and not worry about others. Focus on the positive people and post here and you will have a good experience. Everyone is going to find their own way. Some need to start out criticizing or picking on others. That doesn't mean they aren't going to grow and change and end up believing in some of the things that they dismissed before. We just have to give space and allow people to live and believe as that choose even if we don't like it. If people push back against the negativity they just create more.

The truth of this answer is in the word truth. If people are truly seekers of truth, then they will not be satisfied believing and only believing one thing. They will continue to seek truth and set down no solid ground in order to make the search for truth complete. The moment you solidify any belief you've completed a search for truth. However, if you are a life long seeker of truth, then you will not solidify anything and allow all questions, all possibilities to effect your belief system.

We are to reprove but not criticize. The bible says reprove your brother, but it also says that no man is your brother if he is not in Christ.
The bible says you can judge(reprove) the righteous but not the sinner.
God is a gentleman in that he does not force people to believe but yet they will reap what they sow. If they refuse to acknowledge God and the Father of all mankind, then they will suffer Gods wrath, when Eternal Judgment is made and it is not gonna be a pretty sight..
There is nothing written in Gods word that says we have the right to ridicule anyone. They have been given a freedom of choice but again, they must suffer the consequences for bad decisions.
We, as christians, have to be responsible for to God for ourselves...always seeking the truth and telling others about Christ, but as the old saying goes "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink".
Matthew 7:14
Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

I can answer this 2 ways. First being you know the old saying ( opinions are like ******* everyone has one ) My personal thoughts if you are speaking from a relgious point of view. There is only one Judge. I dont think we should judge other people. They will be judged in the end. If there beliefs are dispicable to you then avoid them all together. Otherwise appreciate a person for their own differencies.

Thanks for your question :)
In Islam not at all i don't have a single right to do that in fact the "seeker" that figured out something that is still not the truth gets a reward in Islam
Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him said : The one who seeks the truth and found it will be rewarded twice and The one who tries hard to seek the truth but didn't find it will be rewarded once

Christians don't. Ridicule brings shame, and I'm sure Jesus would not approve. We ourselves are just beggars trying to show others where the feast is.
But I retain the right to criticize really badly developed arguments against my faith. Usually these come in the form of assumed conclusions and faulty logic, usually based on ignorance. Those people clearly are wrong.
If anyone has a well-developed, educated counter argument, that's perfectly acceptable to me.

If they are obvoiusly wrong on some point, it's important to point it out. If they're really seekers of truth, then there's no problem here: I can demonstrate you're wrong by x and y, then you're wrong. However, if they aren't certainly wrong, if the matter is debatable on some level, then I don't know how critical you can be.

As a human being, you have a free choice to criticize or not. If you wish to be a criticizing person, have at it if this is who you wish to be. To criticize ones beliefs would simply be a display of your own unconsciousness. Each and every path is a rung in the latter of awakening. We must learn to appreciate each step and what it facilitates. We must first agree to disagree with out judgments or physical violence. Learn to love unconditionally, without expectations of what you will receive in return. In the constant flow of giving love without specific qualifying criteria, this is the act of becoming God or becoming one again with the father of creation. The unfolding of what currently lays latent at the core of your being waiting to be discovered. You ARE love. Experience who you are...
