Pilates, to strengthen your inner core.

Yoga, to tone and strengthen your muscles.

Freeweights to work on problem areas.

How much weight did you lose? How fast did you lose it? How old are you? These are some of the factors that will determine if your skin still has the ability to "snap back" into place.

First try to fill out the skin with additional muscle. If that doesn't work, then plastic surgery is an option.

I think it's best to do weights. A good weightlifting class at the local college or city college would be good enough but there are also trainers at the gym who might help. Good luck & Good work!

No you did not lose it to fast. You have to do bodybuilding to tone up body. Get bodybuilding mag with a basic routine in it.
