228 miles if you take I-95. Between 4 and 5 hours, depending on the traffic in Philly and Batimore.

four to five hours. Depending on where you are going, I highly suggest traveling at night..daytime is a killer in the summer!! And stay away from DC during high traffic times...7 am to 10 am and 3 pm to 5 pm.

I live in Baltimore so depending on traffic I would estimate 5 hours.
