I'm glad you went over that phase, I was starting to freak out. It's easier being pro-Amnesty, because you are basing your position out of objective reality, not self delusion.

To be against amnesty, you need to make the effort of using negative emotions like hate and racism to help you arrive to that stupid position, what is more difficult.

Without a doubt being pro-amnesty is the easier road. That's a pacifist action, requiring no hard decisions that result in something worthwhile and agreeable for everyone involved.

Being anti-amnesty calls for making difficult decisions that in the short term hurt people. But the end result is much more rational and effective for the well-being of everyone involved.

answ3r3r- That is completely ignorant. If someone disagrees with you they are a racist... Nice to know. Same old argument as always. No rational thinking on the pro-amnesty side, like usual. I understand WHY people are pro-amnesty, I just don't agree with them. I am a firm believer in upholding the law....

Anti Amnesty...All of the Amnesty attempts in the past have failed and have only fueled the illegal border crossings. According to the PEW Hispanic research center The majority of illegals from Mexico do not want Amnesty. They do not want to be Americans. They do not want to assimilate or show any American civic responsibility.

It's much easier to be Anti Amnesty because the law is on your side.

It is also much more frustrating to be Anti Amnesty because pro Amnesty people frequently have no logical justification for breaking laws and frequently resort to things like racism because they have no other point.

well Pancho did the medicine wear off or did you remember to take it ? which is easier ? well it depends on how you look at it i guess the pros because they are throwing the race card , that's the easiest route to go but it hasn't been working for your group up to this point so maybe it is easier to be anti as we can sit back and watch the pros hang themselves with stupidity?really the antis have yet to hear reasonable reasons why this would work we have heard this same song and dance before and it was supposed to stop it then and did not! and we get treated badly and no one remembers what we did then and if we let it happen again what about the next batch at the door they wont know or remember either , and if mexico is ignored in this little equation as it is ! we will be supporting their corruption , and the problem is still there setting us up for repeat business of illegals

It's easier to be anti-amnesty. The truth shall set you free! Easier to follow the rule of law, or break the law? Deep inside you know I'm right, Pancha. Criminal behavior is wrong. Come back from the Dark Side Pancha... come back...

It takes a stronger person to be anti-amnesty. Any bleeding-heart moron can be pro-amnesty.

It's a matter of law and not preference. No one should be pardoned for breaking the law, and no one should get amnesty for it. You do not reward criminal activity.

No, REALLY?

I think any knee-jerk approach is easier. I think it takes a bit more thought to work through the issues.

I prefer securing the border and employer sanctions. I strongly prefer legalizing screened illegals here to the guest worker program, though.
