Is any one of you into weight lifting/occasional gym traiing? How strong are you? How muscular?

Yeah, I use to lift 3 days a week, but lately I have only had time for 2 days a week. I'm not a real strong person in my opinion. I can bench press my body weight which is usually a base line for most.

I kind of am. I do gymnastics A LOT and you have to be strong to do gymnastics. I do practice a lot but I love going to the gym on Sundays to get a little bit of weight training in. Every little bit helps and counts!
