if you are talking about perry wine i do not know of any companies that sale it here in the states.Other then makeing it yourself id say you would have to import some from england

In the USA the word 'cider' is often used to cover both apple and pear based drinks. Look for pear cider.

I've seen it on sale. Note that cider is also used for non-alcoholic apple/pear fruit juices
