whats the best thing to get rid of a black eye?

got a 2 week old black eye and its still bruised any ideas on what can use to speed up the healing process

Just let time pass and your body will reabsorb the blood beneath the surface of the skin.

Ice and compression - a bruise is the outcome of damaging the capillaries which leads to blood seeping into the surrounding tissue. You just have to wait for it to be absorbed back into your system.

actually, you need a cold compress with violet essence oil to get rid of a stubborn bruise.
