Two week old shiner???
That must've been a real beauty.
Well, you're past the point where raw meat pressed to it would be of any benefit... even ice won't do that much good now.
Just let time pass and your body will reabsorb the blood beneath the surface of the skin.
Cover it with makeup or put on the Foster Grants in the meantime.

Ice and compression - a bruise is the outcome of damaging the capillaries which leads to blood seeping into the surrounding tissue. You just have to wait for it to be absorbed back into your system.

Ordinary blackeyes ( peri-orbital hematoma ) rarely last two weeks. If the cause was direct trauma, you need to see a doctor. Your condition may require further imagery studies to determine extent of injury.
