You have to want to loose weight enough to put forth the effort. There are no "quick fixes". The simplest way is simply to decrease the amount of food you eat and increase the amount of exercise you do. Eat less and go for a walk every day, easy as that. Good luck!

The best way is the hard way, by eating a healthy diet and by doing enough exercise everyday.
But if taking those fast acting pills ever crosses you mind, dont do it, they are very dangerous and they will work after a month, but after that you will be worse than you are now, believe me i know, because a friend took them, after a month he looked really good, but after that he started gaining weight like a pig.
You can also try that operation that makes your stomach smaller so you will eat less i've heard it is a very good operation.

Firstly, I would consult your doctor to see if you really need to lose weight at all. A lot of people think they need to lose weight when they really don't, and the regimes they impose on themselves only end up doing them more harm than good.
Secondly, the best way to lose weight (according to my own doctor) is to eat a healthy balanced diet and get regular exercise. Yoga classes, martial arts classes, gardening, walking and dancing are some more enjoyable ways to get exercise.

Be Like a korean EAT LITTLE EAT UNTIL YOU ARE &) PERCENT FULL AND THAN TAKE ONE LAST BITE JUST ONE! If that does not work for you something that work for me is don't eat out or eat micorwave meals. Try eating little portions instead of big ones. try eating 4-7 little portions instead of t3 big ones also do NOT EAT AFTER 5.30 THAT IS A NO NO YOU NEVER DO THAT IFD YOU ARE HUNGRY YOU EAT A BANANA if you don't have one go by some(1-4) just depends how many days are you going to eat after 5:30.

Try Swimming. It is the fastest way to loose the weight. Definitely, don't eat wafers or soft drinks after swimming. You can take salads after swimming.
