Its most difficult question on earth. I firmly believe that you and ur girl friend or wife need to remove under garments. This is the only thing on earth where you have to be naked to do it. Exception is when u have to do latrine. Once you both remove ur undergarments , something automatically will happen and you have to follow the instinct. You need not to do anything, everything will just be done. When you both open ur eyes, you will be suprised what you both have done.
