Ever feel like you are a spectator in your own life?? Like you would be in the midst of something either happy or sad, but you feel detached, you feel yourself acting who you are instead of really experiencing it?? I am just wondering if this is common...

Sure have been there and over the years it still pops up from time to time. I don't know if there is a medical term for it. I found it happens when I feel very unsure of what to do and how to do. Like watching a movie and even be able to replay some of it. very strange.

Its all the game of mind, which is very volatile and unstable. It is natural..

Please think of doing some meditation course. It will really keep you in calm. These things are happening simply because we think too much and keep our mind waving. Once when your mind is calm and feel the depth of silence, you will not even get these feeling.

It can be..... just depends on if you are doing stuff u don't enjoy most of the time.

Coz you would rather be some place else. I used to feel that way till I started doing something I related to.
