There is no such thing as real magic (as such). To manipulate the world around us in an non-understood way is really science in action. There are people who can do some very fantastic things, but it is because they follow through with a strict code or protocol to make it happen. Whether you're moving the elements or spiritual things the answer is the same, training in the knowledge and practice, practice, practice. That's what the rituals are all about. The simplest and fastest way to see "magic" (ie, something seemingly impossible) is prayer; and you can do that yourself. I'm not preaching here, I'm just saying the more you put into it the greater your chance of success will be. Regardless of your religious beliefs, just the act of putting your request out there into the air, over and over again with increasing intensity and determination and set protocol (pattern or ritual) will bring many powerful results. But remember there are laws in the universe, and you can not cross them. If you pursue good you will have it returned unto you and if you pursue evil it will be returned unto you also. Love Tom

Good Magic; would be healing powers such as 'reiki' etc

But if you're talking about tricks and delusions it should be just buy a tips and tricks box from your local store :o))
That would be real magic to some.

Head to your local bookstore. Check out the New Age/Spirituality section. There are tons of books on magic (sometimes spelled magick.) Pick one that 'feels' right for you. Go across the shelf and look for one that seems more vibrant than the others, or you might just get a sort of 'tingly' feeling about it. Pick that one. That's where your journey will begin.
