If you read the word correctly it says "gem STONES" don't believe in stone they are artificial, dont believe in them, believe in yourself, An indian saint said "If by praying to a stone I can get god the I will pray to the mountain" - no matter what a stone is stone and does not help in anyway except the beauty of your fingers.

Usually it depends on your star and Zodiac. But universal is diamond, but it has to be of super quality and clear to look at. The white or the colourless one is the best for all. No other colour please. Beware of blue stone.
