17 is a correct age to grow taller.Height depends upon your genetics, the protein food you received during childhood and now,and the general healh. Please start with "high protein" food.,indulge in exercises like sit ups, pull ups, high jumps, volley ball, basket ball.
High heeled shoes, dress with vertical stripes, and some hair styles make you "look"taller.

I'm pretty sure that the height that you're going to be is decided genetically. You can take all the pills you want, but they're not going to make you taller! Companies are going to sell pills that they claim can do just about anything, but you can't always believe that.
You're 5'3"? So what? If your parents aren't that tall, I don't think there's much of a chance that you're going to be 5'6".
However, I had a cousin who was about 5'3" all through high school (a guy), and he didn't finish growing until he was in his second year of college. You just never know.
Stop taking the pills. They're NOT the answer to your problem. It's either your gene pool or you just haven't waited long enough.

Do as th others told-- skiping and sports. you can also do some special yoga, there are some which helps in increasing your height. You can take tips from a yoga trainer. It really helps. I used to do yoga since i was 5 yrs and i ahve a good height. I don't belive that it is because of your parents. 'coz ma oarents are short. If you just have faith and trust in yourself you can easily do it.!!!!

5'3" is an ideal height for a woman! Honey, you should be happy that you possess what a lot of women wish they had and that's an ideal height. I can't pretend to know the factors that are producing the turmoil in your life but I know of no natural way to increase one's height.

Well, eating vegetables is a good way to grow at least an inch. And the tablets are probably your only other choice. I'm short also, so you're not alone!

For older adults who decide to strengthen their bones and grow taller, the dietary guidelines advise: Consume extra vitamin D from vitamin D-fortified foods and/or supplements. Most people who follow guidelines of grow taller 4 smarts consume enough iron and vitamin C. Yet, for mature adults, a poor diet may lead to a deficiency in one or both. Iron deficiency causes anemia, which can make you feel weak, tired, and irritable, or lose concentration.'Tired Blood'" Iron deficiency may have other causes: reduced iron absorption as the body secretes less digestive juices or when antacids interfere; blood loss from ulcers, hemorrhoids, or other health problems; and medications (perhaps too many aspirins) that cause blood loss.
