And by the way you ask the question, it looks like you want us to translate it into Latin, instead of from Latin to English like you probably mean. You should have asked "What does this Latin phrase say in English?"

I don't know about Eeia, but eamus argentei is: we have got silver/money.
Maybe Eeia is a name, then it would be: Eeia, we've got money (or silver)!
