no. All powerful, enough so to speak you into existence. All merciful, enough to forgive you of your sins. All loving, enough to give you the freedom to choose right from wrong. I could go on, but I won't.

Excellent. It takes to courage to ask so bluntly. And if there is intensity and involvement, coupled with patience, the rewards are literally everlasting! The reasoning put for by you comes from a mind which is shaped by the present day world to think only logically. Where as there is an intuitional part of the mind which can be invoked.
Now to answer, basically, is it not possible that what you are experiencing is not a dream illusion (see, dream always appears real to the dreamer). Not trying to put you off, with some unrelated logic. But try to see, whose creation is the dream. Once awakened where is the suffering , good and evil etc. In nature there is no good or evil ... it takes a human mind and its memory bank to 'brand' something as good or evil, again, only by comparison! Get down to ALL the fundamentals of life, like you did so wonderfully and boldly in case of God's 'structure' . You will 'see' contradictions, and out of self-awareness(not imposed teaching by anybody), truth will unfold from within.

Sorry, I would not be agree with your point of view. In every person's soul, there is a good person as well as a bad person. When the good person comes out of the soul, it is the GOD, and when the bad person comes, it is the EVIL. In our every day's life, we are always fighting with in ourselves to find the good or the bad. In this context, I will like to mention one famous book, "Dr. Jackel and Mr. Hide". GOD or EVIL both are available in our planet. We have to only pick this up. When there is a question of EVIL, then only there comes the role of GOD. If everything is easy-going, then there wouldn't be required to call GOD. So, EVIL is also made by GOD. That is also true that GOD and EVIL are the two different side of the same coin.

God gave us all free will buddy . It is totally up to us what we decide to do with it . Yes , there are alot of evil people out there . But , they are just doing the things , that they alone decided to do with thier free wills .
He is not powerless to stop evil , he sets back and shakes his head at evil things--> just like we do i'm sure !You know , that he can give us all the same tools that we need to live our lives with--> but he can't make us use them. Or even to use them correctly , if we choose to use them at all .
That is like me telling you , well honey what happened? I told you how to do everything , even went so far as to show you.....And , still you choose your own path--> you can't blame that on me , because i tryed to walk you down the right road !!!!! You alone , are the one who decided to stray from the path down which i started to send you .
God loves us all , he gives us all the same opportunitys. But , we will all choose different ways to handle our own situations. We simply can not blame him for the mistakes that we make. He surely did not hold a gun to our heads and force us to do such crazy evil things !
It sounds to me like , you don't have much faith in God.
You might want to work a little more on that ! Just try and remember all of the wonderful things that he gives us!After all , the greatest gift of all (Love) is also one of his creations !

God give us human so many chances to turn our life around to serve him. It is his hope that over time that you will start to believe in him and truest in him and walk in Truth with him. We are learn at different ages, and levels, we are all different, one can read the bible and may get ever message the first time, I am one that has to re read many time to understand. If he got rid of all evil, we would not be here, Eve and Adam would be the end of us...

The Almighty God saved my wretched life from burning in hell....I'm not using drugs and alcohol anymore thanks to Him. I know it's because of Him, because for so long I've been miserable, and continuing down the path of my will, instead of God's will. Now, clean for 7 months I'm ecstatic with my new life, trust me He is powerful and MERCIFUL as well. So, that image of your God is not reality.....who woke you up thismorning??????

ahh . A classic question in philosophy. It's tough to answer really. Basically think of it this way... if God stopped everything evil in the world, then there would be no good in the world. No virtue, etc..

We infidel human cannot understand god and his justice, remember good can exist only if there evil. It maintains the natural balance and above all the evil is created by us not god,

I might have to agree with your analysis. In my heart, I want to believe in God. I really do.
But, he just isn't the person that Western theology says he is. The world today is too crazy and has lots of evil.
