Ok...you're attractive, smart, easy to get along with, got a good career...but why aren't you in a relationship? Why do you still choose to be single?

perhaps because I'm picky, I want smb smart and attractive, a loyal partner and an amazing lover, interesting to converse with and not awkward to keep silence with, someone sensible and mature, but being able to remember childhood and behave spontaneuously, not wearing a mask, not pretending to be more than he is, successful, but family-oriented, sensitive, but not over-sensitive... finally someone I'd be happy to share everything.

The apples on the ground are easy pickings. The apples at the top of the tree require special and brave pickers. I know stunning, accomplished, bright, funny, loving and lovable women who are single, and who may remain single because they hold to a high standard. ANYONE can marry if they are willing to go low enough. But is that what you want?

I am very happy being single too, being able to do what I want, with who I want and whenever I want at the drop of a hat. No need for compromise, don't have to explain your actions to a jealous mate, and YOU are in complete control of your finances. So many more advantages to list. Being single is so much better. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. If someone is pressuring you to marry then it's because they are miserable with their marriage and want you to feel the misery too. Stay single, Stay happy!!

I think it all comes down to not finding someone you mesh well with. This sort of thing requires patience rather than doing what most of society does...settle. It may also come down to a personal choice such as over-analyzing your potential mate and thinking they arent good enough. You have to be open to every invitation to really find out if they are right. However; beauty, intelligence, and amiability can be quite intimidating.

there are a lot of gorgeous men and women out there who are single...perhaps they are too busy with their careers, perhaps broken hearted before and dont want to go through another relationship...some perhaps are afraid to love...or not yet ready for responsibilities...some may have not yet found the right one for them...perhaps they are still waiting for something else or are rather not quite sure of getting into one...
hope that explains a lot eventhough there are still a thousand more reasons they still single...
maybe some of them are gay or something...

Because only women with super low self esteem THINK they need to be in a relationship to be happy and feel complete.
Also I am not willing to settle...so until there is a reason to change that, I am content being single :)
