i cannot concentrate in my studies...Is it true that adolescents are very lazy?......i cannot understand how i can obtain good result

maybe you should check to see if you have low iron levels in your blood. it might cause lack of energy. take some vitamins and try to get some rest if possible. I was anemic once and was tired all the time. iron pills helped me. maybe you need fruit or something in your diet. sometimes the thyroid gland can malfunction and cause problems. check it out and I hope you feel better soon.

Have you consulted a doctor about the possibility of having mono? It's a common illness in teens that can make you incredibly sleepy for months at a time.

it might be just because your growing.....i'm in the process of growing right now and have grown a whopping 4 INCHES in the last year which left me feeling EXTREMELY tired and lazy but my doctor gave me iron tablets and now i'm fine.....you may have anemia that is a sickness where you feel tired all the time and mostly occurs in teenagers just go to your doctor and he'll give you iron tablets and your laziness should dissaper within a month or so........
