If the you're dancing with is your girlfriend and she didn't mind it then just enjoy the dance. OTHERWISE, gently excuse yourself by showing her to her seat and tell her you had to go to the bathroom. YOU KNOW WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IN THERE. (smile)
