It's probably piles, love. Go to your doctor, bite the bullet as they say, and let him have a look. You can get cream for it. I can't imagine it's particularly pleasant but is it pleasant sitting there thinking you've got cancer?

Many individual with colon cancer experience no symptoms at all, until the advance stage of cancer. It is therefore very important to make routine screening for colon cancer if you experience any of the following symptoms :

1) Bleeding - This is the most common symptom a colon cancer patient will experience. As the tumors grow, they can bleed during the passage of feces through the colon. Blood maybe visible if the tumor is near the anus; however it is more common for blood to be hidden in the stool. Statistic shows that fewer than 20% of individual with rectal bleeding have colon cancer.

2) Pain - There are several causes of pain that may occur with colon cancer

If the tumor grows large enough to block the passageway of the intestine, a person can experience swelling and pain of the abdomen. In severe causes, this can cause nausea and vomiting.

If the tumor grows through the wall of the colon and into other parts of the body or organ, pain will also occur, along with other symptoms of that affected area. The pain can be hazy and dull.

3) Unexpected Weight Loss - Due to the pain and the swelling discomfort of the tumor, it can cause loss of appetite, leading to weight loss.

4) Change in Bowel Habits - Colon cancer on the left side can cause an individual with constipation, gas, painful bowel movements, diarrhea, and narrowing of the stool.

If you experience any of the above colon cancer symptoms it is advised that you see your healthcare provider for a more thorough check so the proper diagnose and treatment can be apply.

I am a colon cancer survivor. You are asking for symptoms. I had loose stools and red blood. I went all the time and it felt as I were sitting on a lump on the left side all the time. At first I thought it was the flu, you try denial. But after 8 months, and tons of immodium, i went to the doctor. I had sarcoma cancer very rare type and then had colon surgery.

There are two types of herpes simplex virus: HSV-1 and HSV-2. Both virus types can cause sores around the mouth (herpes labialis) and on the genitals (genital herpes). Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV).
Cold sores sometimes called fever blisters, are groups of small blisters on the lip and around the mouth. The skin around the blisters is often red, swollen, and sore. The blisters may break open, leak a clear fluid, and then scab over after a few days. They usually heal in several days to 2 weeks.
The herpes simplex virus usually enters the body through a break in the skin around or inside the mouth. It is usually spread when a person touches a cold sore or touches infected fluid—such as from sharing eating utensils or razors, kissing an infected person, or touching that person's saliva. A parent who has a cold sore often spreads the infection to his or her child in this way. Cold sores can also be spread to other areas of the body.

You should see a physician about your complaint. You could be suffering from Proctalgia, which is painful spasms of the rectum that for reasons that are not clear can be very painful. The usual treatment for it is to take a hot bath to relax the muscles that are in spasm or sit on a heating pad. However, I would not be comfortable in making a diagnosis without an expert seeing that there is no other explanation for the discomfort that you are experiencing.

why is it embarrasing its your health so you have to overcome the embarssment, the best advise i can give you is if you are really worried about go to the doctor and it sounds like you are in pain so go to your doctor and if there is nothing wrong at least you have some peace of mind + it mightn't be colon cancer it could be piles or an ingrown hair which are both very easy to treat
GO TO YOUR DOCTOR

It's important to realise that pain is not typically a symptom of cancer, unless a tumour has become so large that it presses against other organs and causes discomfort.

So don't panic!

It sounds like herpes, those are some of the symptoms I would get myself checked if I were you. I could develop into something more serious. Don't worry things will get better.
