Tunisia. It's safe (a woman can go walking the streets by herself at 2am and not have to fear for herself), the people are nice, helpful, respectful, the beaches are fun and beatiful, the mountains are gorgeous, the country is rich in culture (At one time Carthage was the capital of the old world), and every day living is just so peaceful and relaxing.
