IT IS GOOD TO BE ACTIVE AND BEING INVOLVED WITH YOUR FAVORITE SPORT, HOBBY, PAST TIME, ETC.
I usually go for a swim.
REGULAR EXERCISE WILL ALSO HELP.

get a friend that you really trust...someone who can listen to you...sometimes, talking about your anger and how angry you are can help lower down your "anger" level...as much as possible...keep your cool and keep your hands off things that you think you may destroy...there are also a few groups that may help you with anger management...

B Complex 100 mg. 2 times daily.
Ginseng twice daily.
Valerian also helps, but it has a bad odor.

I rollerblade while listening to violent music on my mp3 player.It helps.Running everyday might help you too.Download "burning inside" by ministry and"Payback"&"Angel of Death" by slayer and run.run your *** off!And whether you like it or not having a long ,drawn out cry helps too.
