Yes! More women should join the Indian Army. The Indian Armed Forces opened its doors to women a long time back. This was a bold and very progressive step for a country like India.
Where the army is concerned, women are absorbed into various arms and services, though they cannot join the comabt arms like infantry, armoured corps or artillery yet. Women officers are commonly found in the Corps of Electrical/Electronic and Mechanical Engineers (EME), Judge Advocate General branch (JAG), Corps of Signals, Intelligence Corps, Ordnance Corps, Army Medical Corps (AMC) and Military Nursing Service (MNS).
The Indian Army still does not have women in its ranks, ie.. in the enlisted category (NCOs/JCOs).
Most women officers are commissioned after a 6 month training program held at the Officers' Training Academy at Chennai. There are granted a Short Service Commission for 5 years and this can be extended to 10 years.
AMC and MNS officers have their own training institutions. These officers are granted Permanent Commission.

No. I think armies should stop recruiting and training women everywhere. Even Israel and the US.

I also think armies should stop building defenses and work to unite the countries they serve. End standing armies. Then we couldn't end conflicts by war.
