I have dry, frizzy hair and use Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine shampoo and conditioner. It really helps. I use the Sleek & Shine Fortifying Deep Conditioner on my hair once a week. You could go to beauty supply store and look around for a deep conditioner. The sales assistant should be able to give you some advice.

I also suggest using either shea butter, olive oil, or coconut oil on your hair every week. Leave one of those on overnight, and wash it out in the morning. Coconut oil is great stuff -- it actually stengthens your hair and adds much needed moisture. You can find coconut oil in a natural food store or online.

I hope I've been a help!

Our hair is the reflection of our general health,as well as the hair products we use coupled with styling habits.
You need to make sure you are eating a well balanced diet 1st and foremost.
Then consult with a Stylist to get a shampoo and conditioner that will be beneficial to your hair....cheap store brands are usually too harsh or leave lots of residue. If Pantene is sold where you are please avoid it...it is a fairly damaging product.
Also take a look at your styling habits.Do you blow dry your hair, use a curling iron or straightening iron...all of these will damage hair to some extent....and will require the use of additional hair products to protect your hair.
Do you color or perm your hair often,if you do you will need to give your hair a serious respite to allow it to become healthy again.
Best of luck and please do consult your local Stylist for the best solutions for your specific hair needs.

Go to the vitamin shoppe and purchase the jojoba conditioner and shampoo. Also purchase a bottle of their jojoba oil. Every week you need to do a hot oil treatment with the jojoba oil. You need to also get an avacado and mash it up. Mix it with olive oil and leave on your hair overnight. In the morning shampoo and rinse it out with the jojoba shampoo and conditioner. Will work wonders!

You need to use a moisturising conditioner EVERY time you wash your hair. That will smooth, re-hydrate and repair any damage to the strands and will improve the quality, managability and the overall look of your hair!
