(b) A licensee may remain open between the hours of two o’clock antemeridian and seven o’clock antemeridian for the purpose of serving food on any day if such licensee either possesses or is eligible to purchase a Sunday sales permit and receives an extended hours food license.

In Virginia it's 6 am the time you can serve alcohol. And the cut off time is 12 at the stores and 2am at the bars but the liquor stores closes at 10pm

i thought in pa you can start to buy beer @ 6 a.m. but when bars open, they can serve alcohol as soon as they open

BARS DO NOT OPEN AT 6 AM....LIQUOR STORES DO THOUGH....MOST RESTAURANTS OPEN AT 10-11AM AND CAN SERVE ALCOHOL AS LONG AS THEY ARE OPEN, EXCEPT IN SOME STATES ON sUNDAYS YOU CANT HAVE ALCOHOL BEFORE NOON OR UNLESS THERE IS FOOD ON THE TABLE (BEFORE NOON AND IT CAN BE SERVED)
