It sounds like you really want something without the high interest debt! Thats actually a good thing. But it sounds like you want it like everyone else, now now now, even if you don't have the money. Thats why people get in trouble with credit cards! Thats bad. I would recommend saving up for whatever it is that you want, and actually going to the physical store to buy it. If you are afraid that saving up can be hard, you can always use the layaway plans that many big stores offer like Walmart, and pay a little bit at a time, and before you know it, you will have whatever it is that you want!
There are companies out there that offer "no credit check" purchases, but these are usually a bad idea. They take advantage of the situation when customers have poor or no credit and charge extremely high interest on their items! If these people would have just saved a little then they would have been able to purchase the item themselves instead of paying for it 3 times over! Anyways, the answer is no. At least not online there aren't companies that offer buy now pay later. But if there were, I would be pretty leary about them.

I don't think anyone on the internet is gonna do that
that would like giving it away as they know they'll never get the money
you may be able to send a money order

Just look into one of those "Bulk-JunK-Mail" invitations! And before you know it, you will have tons of win $$$, loans, get out of debt, offfers galore!! One of them will be able to help you, trust me! Good-Luck!!
