My bedroom is really dry at night and it's giving me a very interrupted sleep - any suggestions please?

use a fan and circulate air by opening windows.

A cheap thing I've found, is to place a bowl of cold water in the hottest part of the room, I usually put a bit of lavender oil in it to make the room smell nice too, and to help me get to sleep. The water evaporates through the night and keeps a bit of moisture in the air. :)

A cool mist humidifier...there are small ones available which would be perfect for most average sized bedrooms ,and are quite inexpensive :)

A vaporizer or humidifier maybe good.
