It sure sounds like you are greedy and I sure would not want to be your client. Do any profession that does not not not deal with people. Money is not the answer and how I learned that from life.

Before giving advice, I want to clearify some of your views.

Psychology and Accountancy must make more money than Nurse.

For Nursing, if you don't have patient, then please don't choose. Also Nursing is not a direct way to work abroad.

For Mass Comm., besides writing, also need to do plenty and plenty of research and analysis. Can you handle it?

For psychology, it is the best option. The text material comparing with other subject is easiler because most of the talking is common sense. Very easy subject. Also psychologist have a huge market and make huge money.

For business, too much people who work in business field. Not a professional career.

For accountancy, working overtime without pay is a must. However, it has a big chance to work oversea, esp work in China.

For Interior designing, a boring and non - secure job

Well, unfortunately, it is not up to us to help you decide. Remember that most people still switch careers afterwards. I have a teacher who works part time and also does some law work. She started out as a nurse =P

mass communications is pretty difficult, and there are also advertisements if you choose to go that way. psychology may involve patients. Business you can get into at any time. Most successful business people didn't study business until later. accounting kind of requires math, but it it mostly addition, multiplication, subtraction, and division (you could always go for the computer software =P). interior designing really depends on your style and ability to attract customers and so on... I dunno.
